Direct Deposit Bank Transfer

To donate via Direct Deposit you'll need to go to your own online banking and set up a payment BUT FIRST Follow this link to provide your name and contact details and advise us which missionary or project you wish to support.

You will then receive an email with our bank details and a unique code to identify your donation. That's when you head over to your bank and set up a payment. You'll need to place that code into the transaction description when you set up the deposit.

At this time giving to OMS is not tax deductible.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of charity donations, refunds are given at the discretion of our management. Donations will only be refunded if genuinely made in error. Please make sure that the amount you enter is the amount you wish to give. In the event of an incorrect amount being entered, or if the donation is made accidentally or there is an extremely unusual circumstance, please contact us in writing. We will review the request and respond within five working days.

OMS respects the privacy of all individuals, companies and community organisations who donate money and/or goods in support of our work. Personal information gathered through donations is entered into a secured database for receipting and communications purposes. We will collect, use and disclose personal information in accordance to our privacy policy.

Purpose

OMS will always aim to honour the agreed purpose of a donation, if any. However, we have ultimate unconditional discretion to redirect the donation.

Declining a donation

OMS has ultimate discretion to decline a donation.

Existing_donors

If you are an existing donor and just want to check our bank details, we will provide those here. You are welcome to go ahead and set up your donation and email us however please be aware that we are trying to improve our system to allow us to grow without adding administration hours and costs. If you would be willing, it would be helpful if you could follow this link to inform us of your donation. The process lets our system know that you are giving, how much and to whom and this will allow an automatch in our system, reduce our manual processing. Thanks for your understanding.
